no u just apply oil or shaving cream or whatever then shave, rinse, shave again, very quick.
nah :ileycry: you gotta exfoliate first and then moisturize after. There is a whole routine that goes with shaving waryaa. Please don't tell you you haven't been doing self care before and after :jcoleno: you should the the same for waxing too

Im am a man not a xalimo, you guys go extra with everything, its ur own fault, I literally just whip our the razor than shave, quick and easy no ingrown hairs or cuts, use some oil for lubrication.
It literally takes 10 minutes, you dont need a routine

DAMN IT!

I was starting to do research into laser hair removal for dark skin since I'm getting sick of monthly work and pain, only to find out that you can't get your privates done by a professional (woman of course). You can get everywhere else done but not privates! It's haram y'all :damn: Does that mean I'll have to do monthly work and pain forever to go to jannah? :mjcry:oh! the struggle!

Why's it haram? Did they give any valid reasons?
In islam there is certain awrah that you can't show to even same gender. That include private parts. It's only okay to show, if it's for medical reasons. Laser treatments today needs to be done with professionals for decent results. Good quality equipments/ kits to do at home doesn't exist yet. The ones that exist have too many terrible side effects and doesn't compare to the ones in treatment centers. Since laser treatment isn't the only hair removal technique there is (an alternative to hair laser treatment which is waxing/shaving) sheikhs have ruled it that it isn't a necessity to get it. Only those who have medical problems down there (Ex; infection, hair follicle issues...etc) and is recommended by a doctor to get it, should get it. Other wise its for beautification/hygiene. They said to continue doing your waxing/shaving :hova:

Some schools of fiqi say it's okay, however majority schools don't. This is a debated topic. This is why I hate the fact that the islamic rulings/ sheikhs is a male dominated space. They aren't considerate of women at all. :susp:

Laser hair removal is permissible and a woman doing it on a nother woman is also not Haram.

On this website, they have a short answer and a long answer.

Short Summary of the long answer is this:

Summary of answer

Laser hair removal is permissible, unless it is proven to be harmful. But if that requires uncovering the ‘awrah, then it is stipulated that there should be an urgent need for it..

Read the article on there for the long answer.
