It's because a UN meeting is always half empty it's not like these guy sell tickets for people to watch them its purely a diplomatic meeting.

Unpopular?? The EU loves this guy and yet you would barely see them attend his UN speech and no country got bullied to support him stop making shit up, most of the African countries have been Pro-Russian.
