I’d hate to be a Debbie Downer but these intitiatives happen once every 5 years and after a few weeks you never hear anything more of it. Somali people only every get temporally motivated but they don’t the consistency to keep anything up. Best not to get your hopes up

Even at my house when we used to do ololis everyone would give it their all for the first 10 minutes but slowly get distracted 1 by 1 until finally the last one left cleaning would leave the job half done
