Anat Kimchi, a 31-year-old Israeli-born doctoral candidate and scholar at the University of Maryland, wrote a paper published in the Journal of Quantitative Criminology in 2019 attempting to prove America's criminal justice system was racist against "young black offenders" and "black drug offenders."

While visiting Chicago over the weekend, Kimchi was ambushed and stabbed in the back and neck while walking near a homeless encampment at 401 South Wacker at around 3:35 p.m. Police said witnesses told them the assailant was a homeless "slim black male with long dreadlocks who wore a red bandana and a blue tank top," CWB Chicago reported.

It's good she died for a good cause. Now he will get a more harsh racist sentence since he is a negroid. United Kingdom fixed that racism after investigation showed disproportional jailing and harsher sentences to minorities like Indiana, Black and Asians and others that aren't white.

I don't know how this affects all black people it happened near a homeless encampment so it was probably some mentally ill nigga. A lot of black crime is due to their hood culture, mental illness and poverty.

Problem is that poverty, mental illness and desperation causes most crimes.

When an ethnicity is over-represented in these metrics then its no surprise they will be over-represented in crime. Want to end the crime? Vigilant policing or stop and frisk are not the answer but combatting poverty, mental illness and other related metrics.

When a problem is easily solvable such as this one, it begs the question whether the problem is not solved on purpose, which proves the structural racism in America and other Western countries.
