I have observed all the wars and clashes in Somalia and if you have been paying attention only the youth and families have been suffering the most while the perpetrators are going free day by day from warlords to Islamic courts to Al-Shabaab to clan-affiliated clashes to border clashes the list goes on, what is really the long term plan for this? we know that no qabiil is stronger than the other, we have been at it for 30-plus years Isn't it time to just sit back and forge another way of solving our issues?

I am talking about the Somali tribes. Somalis cannot confront the nationalities around them that are united and strong

It has a-lot to do with cultural decay/rott and I say this cause our leaders don't come from the sky, but from within a people, if that people do not control their bad ones whether criminals or corrupt, the other clans will also not and u just have this shit-fest of incompetence nation wide competing on 'yaa kala daran' not 'yaa kala fican'.

I discussed the solution is all clans have a pact to socially discriminate/persecute criminals/corrupt, name/shame them on facebook/media, remove them from your mosques or clan protections, do not give them opportunities like scholarships, business, or anything. U want them to essentially reverse the role on how un-armed minorities are treated but they take upon that social role. But this has to happen at a national level, one tribe won't do it while others are not.

A cultural revolution is needed, dadkaga xun gabo. Becuz a govt can only do so much plus if all the clans don't control them, these ppl end up getting inside the govt and start to mis-use it not having any fear becuz their no social accountability, if they knew they were going to become midg11 status, the issue would be far different, more fear would exist if they did something wrong. Don't pray to god either becuz god said he wont change a ppl condition if they don't do it themselves.
