I can't tell if I'm being dumb or not, but is this Cabdiqaadir Juba,

the same one as this one, onstage with old legends like Ahmed Mooge, Amina Cabdullahi and Sahra Ahmed??

Yes, it is the same singer. He was terribly young back then, in early 80s I think, and transformed himself.
