I thought Ajuraan were Hawiye, a lot of these women don’t look like ethnic Somalis. Was I wrong, are the Ajuraan not a Hawiye sub clan?
Do they have they’re own language or do they speak Somali?Naah. I don't know anything about somali politics or qabils-- but one thing i know ajuraan is NOT Hawiye. I think Ajuran is closer to Oromos than hawiye

I think Ajuuran are a sub-clan of Jambelle Hawiye. But the people in the video are Bantu Kenyans of the Pokomo ethnic group. They don't look like Somalis nor Oromos. Basra was just FKDing![]()

Sheikhaal are proven to be Hawiye DNA wise and Ajuuraan are Hawiye. Go ask one yourself, even the ones who live with Borana say they are Hawiye.Ajuuran are marti hiraab like the Sheekhaal not true Hawiye
Looks like Somali BantusIts a lil bit aggressive for my taste.
Of course Ajuran is HawyieNaah. I don't know anything about somali politics or qabils-- but one thing i know ajuraan is NOT Hawiye. I think Ajuran is closer to Oromos than hawiye
They are considered Hawiye now since they’ve been incorporated into the clan after the civil war and have intermarried with Hawiye, but their lineage is not Hawiye. It’s the same with Ajuuran.Sheikhaal are proven to be Hawiye DNA wise and Ajuuraan are Hawiye. Go ask one yourself, even the ones who live with Borana say they are Hawiye.
Ajuuran have been living in Somalia for way longer than that and there is records of them claiming it since 1700s which are the Ajuuran Sultanate times. They are considered Hawiye now since they’ve been incorporated into the clan after the civil war and have intermarried with Hawiye, but their lineage is not Hawiye. Only Qudub lives there. The rest lives in Somalia and are Hiraab. Your words won't change the fact that a Sheikhaal guy formed his own branch on the Hiraab DNA clade thus proving they are HawiyeLooks like I ruffled some feathers here, but that doesn’t change what is true.
I’m 25% Sheekhal myself. My grandfather from my dad’s side married a Sheekhal wife, and this is what they told me. They mostly live in Somali Galbeed now.
