As for the footage, the idiot should’ve stopped and complied instead of running away. The police officer could’ve very much shot him several times in the back while he was running, but he didn’t, because he was cautious of doing so. He (the culprit being chased) was told multiple times to ‘get out of the car!’ but instead, not only did he decide to not listen and comply, he also dangerously drifted off in his car quite drastically, which caused the officers to (rightfully) fire his gun.
