That's because you are muslim a non muslim guy and girl who follow no faith. If they both are straight the guy will most likely be anti gay then not while the woman will be supportive more so then not. There is no belief stopping her from taking the female stance while with a guy he has to be conditioned under progressivesness for him to turn out like that with no faith. Which is why you'll see women who leave Islam for example are very pro lgbtq and will even use it as an excuse for the reason they may have left
