Is there gmo foods in Somalia?

Anyone of you guys went to somalia before? Does Somalia have gmo food? Or everything is organic just the way Allah intended.
Cause here in the west everything is man made gmo even animals like chickens and cows are genetically engineered.

I tried a variety of fresh organic foods when I visited Xamar in 2016. The cambe I tried in xamar was really good. Most of the fresh and organic fruits are shipped from Afgoyee and Jowhar. You might find some gmo foods in the major cities, but it's not to that extent like in the West. It really depends where in Somalia you are visiting. There is alot of organic and fresh foods in puntland.

Regardless of food being organic or GMO, GMO food isn't a real threat to one's health. There can be other issues with GMO food though, for example GMO food is more likely to go extinct in some infestation than organic food since all the crop's DNA are the same with GMO food rather than natural variation allowing some organic food to survive.

A lot of the land is also not ideal soil type wise so maybe not bad idea to have GMOs that can withstand

I was in Hargeisa for only a month last year, and I was eating so much junk, barely walking or exercising and I lost 7lbs
