Is there an English word for 'female camel'? What about 'pregnant female camel'?

Pear= cambaruud (in Djibouti)
Strawberry and blueberries don't grow and aren't consumed in east Africa so I don't think they have a name for it.
Pear in Djibouti is imported from Ethiopia but I didn't see any pear in somaliland.

Have you ever heard the lyrics in some Somali songs that goes like " cambaruudka naasaha waxba hayga celinine "
Pears are shaped like perky naaso, so many famous Somali singers used " cambaruud" to describe perky naaso.

But there's no word for Blueberry in Somali
