Multiple options:

- Easiest way is to marry an American. You'll get that temporary Green card within a year which you can then renew to permanent. Immigration isn't even doing interviews right now, they're just approving thanks to coivd.

- Do you work in a field that is in high Demand in USA? For instance, if you're in Nursing... you can get sponsored by companies to work here which turns into a Green card. USA is hurting for nurses in Long term care. That's how many Asians (primarily Filipinos) have immigrated here. You have to work at said companies for agreed time and they're not the best of conditions but a win is a win. Once you have the American green card you're good to go.

Another way: Go to Canada and get Permanent residency there. Once you're a Canadian Citizen, you automatically are allowed 6 months to be in USA. Also, it's easier for Canadians to get sponsored for U.S jobs it seems. This should be a last ditch effort though because it would be more time consuming.
