I know a-lot of people argue racism and institutional forms of it(legal, jobs, police, govt policy, school funding) and there is some strong truths to that. But is it the system which to be quite honest is very robust in terms of it's quality assurance, code of conduct, values, merit based. Or is this merely an aspiration on paper and not truly practised or measured? Is this contributing to the west decline and slow growth, is the right people not in the right jobs and only there due to 'nepotism' and leading to a down-ward trends in growth across the whole society.

We must know that nepotism is a big factor in the west not necessarily race, people like to be around their friends/family and give opportunities to them, I don't think their is some sinister plot to be anti migrant or black. But it just happens migrants/blacks are not apart of the 'good ole boys club' and if they were, I suspect things may of fared differently for them in the west.

So how do we foster partnership and community friendship with whites so we can bridge that social divide which only will harm us as they isolate our community thru opportunities. Especially for gen z so they don't inherit and repeat the first generation that arrived social isolation and us vs them mentality and drawing tribal boundaries. At least Gen Z shouldn't repeat that failed approach. The danger by doing nothing is systemic generational failure like african americans or aborigines in australia.

I've seen the absence of doing nothing concrete generation to generation with the aborigines here, it's not a pretty outcome when this accumulates over centuries as they start to become extinct or in the process of it and it becomes systemic cultural failure which will foster only further discrimination.

I say whites not all of them but 'select elites' and towns they live in after deep research, this is calculated strategy to ensure the elites and where-ever they grow up in large percentage have a good n positive view of somalis thru social contact. Im not at all suggesting rednecks or farmers or conservatives even.

We must target where wall-street ppl are grown n raised and silicon valley ppl and academic elites and begin immediate social cooperation between Gen Z and their Gen Z, this will produce excellent dividends to end that social gap and be apart of the social circles for the future. Not remain isolated in low socio-economic areas with low potential and not even slowly climbing out of it generation after generation. Somalis befriend cultures that provide no dividend for their social or individual growth.

Social Networking is real to be apart of the 'good ole boys club' if u don't do this early on thru school-sports-friendships at young ages when they are adults and in power, your immediately disadvantaged.

In terms of 'growth' it's quite small each year and what would it's grow potential be if nepotism is reigned in? When I say decline I mean their current growth vs potential growth. Their lots of potential in the west that may be not tapped into due to nepotism

What you say regarding racial isolation and racial conflict is accurate as they growing? Which is strange given that both political parties say that they are not the problem or are racists.

Right-wingers refuse to acknowledge that there are racial defects in the system and that black people have historically been treated as second-class citizens, with the consequences lasting generations. Even if there are no "racial laws," poorer regions, inferior educational quality, and red lining all have an impact on black people till this day.

On the other hand, because left-wingers are so adept at detecting racism, everything has become racist to them. This causes white folks exhaustion because they must constantly apologise.
