Is PL The First State In Somalia?

People sometimes say sometimes Somaliland is truly the first state but there is a big debate if that is true or not. Because SL wasn't formed with the people's will but through the use of guns and violence and it's struggling to hold grip of it's administration. Where-as PL was formed with the people's will. If all the guns are taken from SL, it falls. If all the guns r taken from PL, it stands cuz the people ACCEPTED it non violently.

So who is the first state? Debate it out Puntlanders

Does this dis-qualify SL from claiming being the first state after the civil war? Because state formation must be free, peaceful, no guns and violence and a true consensus without fear. Puntland should stop claiming being the first federal state but the first state ever in Somalia oo si nabad ah lagu dhisay.

I want to know what people opinion on this is. Should we give SL the first state ever in Somalia title? mind you consider the fact it was done by guns, violence, invading lands, killing people, etc and then forcing a state across the north. Can we deem this a proper state in the first place? I have my doubts, I don't think it is the first state at all and can't be given that title. It's a rebel run territory and it's state was created with a gun not a peaceful consensus.
