He even stated

but we’ve seen it from the Jews prophets that Allah chosen them from the worst people or situations

It is not accurate to say that the Arabs were the worst people of their time, as there were other communities with similar immoral practices and disbelief. Furthermore, the idea that Allah only sends Prophets to the most wicked individuals is incorrect. Allah sent Prophets to the Children of Israel, who were considered closer to the truth during that period, and He continued to send them Prophets. This may indicate that they either forgot the messages, or that Allah extended His mercy to them. But Allah knows best.

It’s not befitting that Allah would choose His Prophet from the worst people & make him descend from them.

Let us not forget that Allah sent Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) to his people, even though his own father built idols.

You surely cannot guide whoever you like ˹O Prophet˺, but it is Allah Who guides whoever He wills, and He knows best who are ˹fit to be˺ guided.
