Is it possible to redirect Ethiopian lakes and rivers to irrigate Somalia

I know these eggs haven’t hatched but there’s a power vacuum is there any way we could use soft power influence to redirect these water sources to irrigate our lands

They’re already coming from a high elevation so the physics isn't complicated there too

A Ethiopian lake is the source for the Nile that all of Egypt depends on and where right next to them

I think we should plant a lot of trees. We are unluckly because we are a desert country. But we can improvise, the long coast and ports can be as profitable as Oil. We need to find more Oil. We need a coordinated none corrupted govt and our problem will be good.
