Why do you say that? Besides the fuzziness I think the girls hair is curly which is quite common.

The description is interesting because it says dark skin ( and on another page I read ‘ver dark’). But IMO HOAs are some of the lighter skinned Africans in sub Sahara Africa ( who are not mixed and not incl maybe the San people).
