America doesn't take one key concept from UK even if they were imperial they let people be in order and grow gradually for whatever fault ppl say of them. Somali Pre history our urban foot print was tiny and we were spread out and didnt hage much to do with each other but since Colonialism, Our urban footprint is much larger and we are congregating tribally nutt people(Whether vocal or even sicker silent play dumb nationalist).

The complimenting settlement laws were never developed not even copy n paste or crafting it to suit local culture.

We need rule of law you can't have so many people in a tiny area without law n order, u just can't and wasting people time.

Tribe is what saved us if it wasn't there post 91, who knows what the outcome would be. It's definitely a form of social insurance. If this happened to societies based on ideas and not much else holds them and fuedal, the outcome would be much more severe.
