I wonder if men named Muhammed have a harder time finding a job in the West than people with more obscure Muslim names. This should be an interesting and controversial thing to study.

I wonder because it is the most famous one, everyone knows its background, while other Muslim names they often do not.

I wonder if the spelling has any effect too cause , I know I seem to have a bias against "Muhammad" compared to "Mohammed"

It's already been proven that you're twice as likely to get accepted in job applications if you have a white sounding name or a whitened résumé, minorities in western countries like Asians and blacks already struggle with this, same thing applies to muslim names no doubt
