Is anyone here good with computer programming, robotics, or AI?

I'm doing a masters in computer science, and in love with the idea of computer vision and Ai. i wanted to develop a security robot for Somalis in Somalia, that can be mounted in hallways, and will be able to neutralize "AS" attacks and also be used as a deterrent. can we discuss on here the viability and maybe the implications of such technologies in a place like Somalia? what are the pros and cons?

I believe the use of force should be limited to military objectives and should avoid causing unnecessary harm to civilians or disproportionate damage. but i also believe When it comes to counterterrorism operations, states have the inherent right to defend themselves against armed attacks.

I'm very afraid of the idea of a techno-authoritarian government in somalia, but i know somalis need 2-3 generations of stability to recover from this instabliity.

I would never ever allow an artificial intelligence to operate weapons and carry out its own decisions. We are not even there yet, but it would set a dangerous precedence.

Nothing against the security forces, but are they any different? would you trust a guy asking for bribes on street corners, irritable from chewing khat in the hot sun and holding a large weapon.
