What's your current role ?
Have you done networking certs such as ccna ?
CCNA is also good.

I stopped at security plus, I have a bunch of other certs for Microsoft server AWS and firewall certs, but if you don't have hands-on experience it's just a piece of paper.

I'm a Network Engineer working in a managed service company, we manage 300-400 businesses, and we manage their servers, PCs, security, software, hardware etc...

And what's the best way to switch? Heard coding bootcamps are good.

Try free courses(youtube, such as professor messer ,Jeremy's it lab) or buy cheap courses from sites such as Udemy(they have sale every week 10-15 pounds/dollars) and other sites.

In the network / technician area there courses you could self study comptia (a+,network+).
Or cisco (ccna)

Software area this somali brother is knowledgeable
