Honesty Foxy PM I dont like him, but he is clever on this, This move will hold Jeegaan down accusation that south didn't give them anything, as one of the main points that break of unity was the North west didn't had president seat since 1960 , now in this offer they will have it. Second point Somalia capital will move cause many other Somalis not Hawiya will not can go back to xamar because of brutal moryaanimo hawiya did to others innocent Somalis in 90s. So the only option was to move it to the second Capital of Somalia.

I had feeling this will happen cause xamar not officially yet the capital of somalia.
