Man, in my brain not seeing a Burger King, Pizza Hut, McD's, etc on every corner is very strongly connected to total dysfunction and poverty. Consistent, fairly tasty food that pays employees decently, I don't look at it as this super unhealthy thing.
Seeing this sign to me is honestly like looking at a torch of civilization. One of the first places I look at if its available when I'm in a developing country

I cut out almost all source of carbs from my diet 2 years ago and began consuming mostly eggs, meat, diary, ghee and citrus fruits. Best decisions I ever made. I eat once a day half of the week and stay full and satisfied for the entire day, nor do I crave for junk food.
I used to have a constant desire to snack on starchy and sweet foods. my carb addiction was eliminated on the first week of starting the carnivore diet. I also feel better mentally and physically.I feel so much better cutting out rice, pasta, bread and oatmeal except for a few times a month. Less tired, no laziness, happier, donβt feel bloated, better concentration, etc. 10/10 recommend.
