Well have a look what he said last year. He said he is a franchise not a client and right at the top of the world order and he has his own interests(franchise expansion) and he added 'IT MUST BE RESPECTED" at the end, there was no we will 'negiotate' on it or it will venture of it's path. He isn't going to return to boris yeltzin status when he has all of that history, empire building lessons, and the supply chain of all science, knowledge, weaponry, nuclear, chemical. If it's security related, the RUSSIANS are the best. Look how long their AK is still around the world, they create something and it lasts lol.


We need to open ties with this nation and not send students but demand we want supply chain training in security. Africa is a pretty unstable place and we should be the factory line for their security.

In all honesty, America has big stomach and big head also and big hands around the world but it's so slow due to it's bloated size. Putin has a six pack niyahow in the stomach, he aint starving, but put all of his efforts in the head areas of society. He went all his focus around security aspects of the mind. He targetted really well with less investments.
