To be honest. These Ex-Muslims confuse their parents culture and strictness and push it on Islam. It get's annoying to see people who use the term Ex-Muslim to show their excessive Islamophobia towards Islam like our own person of 68iq, Ayaan Hirsi.
Even though I'm one myself, Ex-Muslims are obsessed. It's crazy and kind of scary to see how many of them hold warped views about Islam. It's only these people who obsess over their past religion. You don't see your average Ex-Jew or Ex-Christian go after their previous religion and demonize it.
