The house looks fantastic although the the colour is wacky which is the same for almost all new homes built in somalia. They simply dont match the sorrounding landscape.

Not necessarily true. Heaps of SL waiters in mogadishu and in hargeisa airport they carry peoples bags for money. There doesn't seem to be the occupation discrimination problem there, which is a good thing.

Good luck with that, my sister gets a bunch of Somali patients in Minneapolis but she practically needs a translator to understand them because technical health terms were not taught to her in Somali.

The young Somali boy sits in the doctors office with the Patient, unless of course its a surgery or something, and tells the issues to the Turkish doctor on whatsapp. Turkish doctor is chilling in their mansion style lounge. Talking with the kid on whatsapp sending pics of the person and/or x-ray and ultrasound lol its fuckin Sad

If rest of northern states cooperated with central government and their governors stopped stealing their funds, they could have same Turkish hospitals built in their towns. Now we have new administrations not the old corrupted HSM's administration.

The Turks dont give a f*ck about that, its just the tender board is controlled from Xamar and isnt allowing any projects or Turkish support to the states. Garuntee you the Turks arent sitting around saying "PL or JL stole a bunch of foreign funds we arent giving them a Hospital" lol. Why is it so hard to design beautiful buildings like those in Western countries? Don't they roughly cost the same just the way of constructing them is different right? We need more quality architects, these homes look so ancient not modern at all.
