Minister of Finance goes to the BBC studios to give an interview on the last conference. Says only one more left and it’s that one that they’ll reach a decision on debt relief in September. And Minister Elmi Nur says IMF do not come to Somalia as a policy due to security situation but theyll likely to celebrate it in November when debt relief will be announced.
