the strifes in somalia have been normalised and thats the reason. if somalia was a peaceful country and that same attack happened it would be all over social media. its sad to say but due to the state of somalia deaths like that are simply seen as the "norm" and many cannot be asked to constantly tweet "pray4somalia".
