The last year I've immensely neglected my hobby which is boxing. It's been a super busy year, perhaps my most productive year ever.
I missed the day after soreness after an intense working out session. I have a pretty good genes, I can be in a good shape within one week. I miss the atmosphere at the gym, hearing the sound of the punching bags.
Tomorrow I will work on my resistance and run 5km. I'll probably fail it, but its a starting point. The next time i can easily make it.
Do you guys work out?
