He is normalizing racism if a black person goes to good school or has good job him and his followers are normalizing terms like diversity hire and are actively working to remove minority quotas and programs. This will directly impact your future opportunities. If given the choice cadans will only hire cadans they can golf and have beers with they won’t hire your black ass no matter how qualified you are. Diversity programs hire qualified black people that other wise would never get opportunities due to biases and favoritism. It’s human nature to hire people you feel comfortable so it’s important to have quotas to fight and give everyone stake in wealth in country

Minority quotas are absolutely injust, you won't feel it till you get rejected for a less qualified person whose only advantage is that they got xyz skin. It only advantages the minority of the minority.
