Im Adopting A Genetic Driven Diet. Wish Me Luck

I am adopting genetic diet lifestyle on the principle my genes were inherited from my parents-grandparents and therefore it's built for those type of foods not outside those food type.

I know that my grand-parents died with 'heart attack, stroke', so vascular issue is the only area i'll be mindful of to reduce 'saliid' content. I am going to eat my meat 'boiled' style as my nomadic ancestors would.

I think I may cut out carbs of rice-spag or anything 'white in color', my genetics wasn't built for it and could have terrible side effects for me, but urbanite/coastal Somalis can cause of those areas diet transfer/contact with the outside.

Im doing long 'walks' also becuz that's how my ancestors lived. I would encourage u to find ur grandparents reason 4 dying and to mitigate the reasons not 'enable' or 'encourage' it with a poor diet choices ravishing ur body as it isn't prepared for it or being immobile when they would cover 20 km a day, ur genes need something to fill that void before it mutates into a disaster.

Overthinking and worrying in this age and city life can reveal diseases that your ancestors did not suffer from. Genetics is a complicated matter

Yes we have natural level like our bodily mechanics at an organic level(life), this life needs organic fuel to keep alive, each fuel/diet u put in has 'trade offs' n side effects, it's selecting the one with the 'least side effect' and lesser 'damage'.

As for environmental/social factor, that's definitely in the 'equation' such as stresses whether emotional, financial, work, religious, etc that has terrible side effects for ur body and can trigger or accelerate your biological decay. Then 'mobility' is a big factor as the body needs it to keep decay from accelarating. Decay is real, like ur teeth when u get fillings, have u seen 'plaque' can create chips n holes, your organs also can have that plaque build up, u need something to biologically combat it.

If ur ancestors or grandparents were nomadic like mine, just stick to their food source.

1. Meat
2. Milk

Mine got 'heart issues' later in life due to moving to urban areas and doing diet transfer to 'QUICKLY' for their body to keep up, evolution is all about incremental change not rapid change quick or this shocks the body as it's not built for it.

We don't study our ppl cause of death, it's always just 'alla amarkisa', dummy it's 'cilmi' to equip the future with knowledge and begin lookin for cures to those problems or at least 'tests' to watch it and get to it early before its to late. I hate Somalis level of ignorance.

@Hodan from HR what is the theory 4 this cultural contempt for knowledge and total reliance on supernatural even if it doesnt solve the problem 'praying' they still do it with no RESULTS.

The human body has been calculated in optimal condition with no diseases or environmental issue, it can last 150 years. We must persevere to reach this stage. Im in Australia we reached 83 year mark for males and 85 for female, jogsan mayno, idinku 'alla amarkisa' ku dhamaada

Yes, I walk 7 kilometers every three days, but the most important thing is to control your Anxiety ,
Me myself don't drink carbonated juices, and do not avoid plastic-wrapped materials I also try to avoid staying up late
In my family, those who died of natural causes died suddenly, their hearts stopped, and they reached the age of 80, But these are my grandmothers and my father's and mother's aunts
Women live long lives and many of them are still alive and have reached 90
But the men in my family, my grandfather on my mother's and father's side, died when they were in their forties
But my uncles are fine now and are in their fifties and sixties
They say that my third grandfather lived more than 100 years, but he was a Sufi sheikh, it seems, for this reason

Huuno there is no escaping DEATH

It's about holding it off as long as possible. 150 years is the maximum the human body can last under optimal conditions(disease free and environmental perfection), well relative to our time period limitations in knowledge, it could scale further in the future thru new break-thru. But I do agree 'death' itself gives 'meaning n specialness' to life, 'eternal' life would be 'hellish' and prison like to me.

Reewin. Lixda Gobol ee Maayland unii leh!
My grandparents were mainly farmers. So I've noticed that my body reacts bests to a plant dominated diet.

Eating things like beans, grains, potatoes, broccoli and other vegetables. With occasionally eating red meat or chicken and fish. That's when my body and mind feel optimum and I feel the best. This is probably because this was my ancestors day to day diet as farmers.

The modern Somali diet of 'bariis and Hilib' makes me feel lethargic and want to sleep all day. Also I gain weight super fast and my muscles percentage lowers.

So I would 100% agree with your theory in this topic.

How would the body last 150 years? The brain deteriorates by 120.

Ever heard of epigenetics?

Also farm animals in the west are not as healthy as those our ancestors had. You are probably just inviting heart issues into your life with this type of diet in the west.
