I am adopting genetic diet lifestyle on the principle my genes were inherited from my parents-grandparents and therefore it's built for those type of foods not outside those food type.
I know that my grand-parents died with 'heart attack, stroke', so vascular issue is the only area i'll be mindful of to reduce 'saliid' content. I am going to eat my meat 'boiled' style as my nomadic ancestors would.
I think I may cut out carbs of rice-spag or anything 'white in color', my genetics wasn't built for it and could have terrible side effects for me, but urbanite/coastal Somalis can cause of those areas diet transfer/contact with the outside.
Im doing long 'walks' also becuz that's how my ancestors lived. I would encourage u to find ur grandparents reason 4 dying and to mitigate the reasons not 'enable' or 'encourage' it with a poor diet choices ravishing ur body as it isn't prepared for it or being immobile when they would cover 20 km a day, ur genes need something to fill that void before it mutates into a disaster.
