MINNEAPOLIS – Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) released a progress report of her tenure in congress thus far.

The achievements include:

    • Date: 3/8/19

  • Amendment to H.R. 9, Climate Action Now Act – recognizes the importance of the Paris Climate Agreement's Task Force addressing the impact of climate change on displacement and the global refugee crisis.

  • Amendment to H.R. 3055, Appropriations Minibus – expresses concern with the inhumane use of solitary confinement in the federal prison system
