To answer your question, I don't listen Djbouti Somali songs nor do I follow but this particular song has a nice vibe, I like their Ruwaayado and plays.

Currently Djbouti took over that Somali Ruwaayado gigs from Somalis since the civil war, I can recommend some of their funniest and Ruwaayado if you interested.
