-Because he failed this, HSM knows the next step IC will take is to go back to the Kampala accord. HSM will be no more head of Somalia. IC will take over.
-To safe face HSM is telling us now that he tried his “best” to remove IC and Xalane from Somalia but they “attacked” his legitimacy and the “sovereignty” of Somalia and therefore needs the full support of Somaliweyne
