Hartis don't attack buildings, women, children, elderly, disabled or anyone not armed. This is cajiib dhaqan and similar to nation-state protocol. Hawiye-Isaaq only show this pussy symptom siiba HG/Isaaq. That's why I know their pussies and we must tell all Harti soldiers this to boost their morale.

As Hartis we must discuss our relation and the benefits/losses of political unity and 1 government vs different govts with 1 security. I accept diversification of our mamuls and not putting our weapons centralized is good too, look what happened to Isaaq oo hubkooda dawlada ku wareejiyay.
