it's just a theory. it's obvious that kenya wants to delay till there's a new president elected and hoping that he wil drop the case, i'm just wondering why N&N hasn't protested about it nor requested to make postponement shorter.There's no guarantee he'll return

He went to Nairobi twice to talk about the case. But the Kikuyus ignored him and refused to talk to him. He felt humility and took the case to court.
He probably asked them for a couple of millions and they refused lmao. I low key wish he comes back and tries to pull the case out of court. We will witness the first African president to get crucified. Not just him. Him and his whole team.
You guys have to realize that the court's verdict is not the end. Countries usually sit-down and talk afterward. Some even share the resources. I was recently watching the Kikuyus on youtube and I noticed a lot of them were saying stuff like "we should share the resources like brothers". I thought them using madoobe and waiting for HSM to get elected was pointless. Since no one in Somalia can pull the case out of the court. But now everything is starting to make sense.

They will never get to pay off their chinese debts with our oil blocks and thee should learn to accept that.
Who do they think they are? we denied americans the rights to steal our oil in their covert ops and they think we will let some losers claim our oil, while acting like animals in our borders and interfering in our affairs.
These games can only delay the inevitable. The lost twice in two rounds and will lose another round. The ICJ are pussies and don't want to be responsible for war when kenya looses, but they will not be able to delay it forever. If those clowns get into office however they will sell the country out and probably flee like siad barre before they get killed.
The court gave them a final delay to June 2020 because Kenya fired all their whole law team last minute. The court made it clear that this delay was final. But corona saved Kenya for another delay.
