I don't use milk or almond milk in my coffee anymore or even a sweetener.

Here's the recipe and instructions. You will thank me later.

1 cup of freshly brewed hot coffee

2 tablespoons of unsalted, grass-fed butter. Never use the regular butters because you won't get the same result and great taste. Use organic grass-fed, unsalted butter.

1 -2 tbsp of xct oil.

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy.

Why use butter?

When you get butter in coffee, you’re creating small droplets of fat suspended. Those small droplets are called micelles, and they make the fat more digestible; one of the roles of bile in the body is to create micelles to help you digest fat.

I use a Italian moka to make my coffee. Very basic, water and coffee.

I used to do the same but now I have a very high fat snack just before the strong coffee, mostly avocado with hummus which has a far better effect.

Have u tried ketonegenic diet? It's a low carb high fat diet, walahi I remember losing 25lb in 3 weeks just by reducing my carbs down to 50grams a day and substituting it for protein and fat. But the temptations for sweets ended up defeating me:meleshame:and I couldn't do that diet anymore
