im actually half Madow

I used to have a big nose but i took plastic sugery
And.....
I changed my features so much that i now look like a basic somali quruxley
but my hair is the problem

My last boyfriend screamed when he saw my hair
WHAT THE FLIPPING HECK
i stole some hair from a somali girl and made it a wig so i could use it
people belived it was my hair
but i couldnt keep on lying about it to my boyfriend so one day i just woke up and decided to tell him.
I thought he loved me and would say it wasnt much of a diffrence
BUT HE FLIPPING LEAVED ME AT THE SPOT

How can i shave of a somali girl hair and in a way inplant it to my head so it will stay like that forever??
