I think they're made by the Somali Government.

I've seen many bots claiming to be from Somalia hating Somaliland videos etc.

Not really. It's a pretty common thing. People love to bootyclap whenever a video is made of a certain country. Even in arabic videos about somalia. You always see these arabs praising somalis. Ending with your brother from egypt/iraq/yemen/sudan/syria/palestine/morocco/algeria. Those are the most common arab countries. You also have xalimos commenting under them, "we are not your brothers. Somalis are NOT ARAB!!!" And some of them saying, "you did not help us back then so we have nothing in common".
