its known to us that there are some bad race relations between Arabs and Black Africans? Do you as a Somali feel affected by this : Yeah because sometimes you have to "pick" a side, basically Arab guys are angry because nowadays, a lot of North African girl are hanging out with madow so they insult them.

I heard West/North Africans aren’t that religious, how is the religiosity for Somalis in France : Somalis are probably the most religious people here

Would you like to move out of France? : Yeah absolutely

Do you think the Somalis in France are different than the ones in America or the UK : Yeah, we don't have some degeneracy i see in UK for example (mostly because we are a small community but it's completely different comparing to the mentality.

Nicely done, with a very good set of questions. How come there were no follow-up questions to the informative answers?

For example:
a) On 'degeneracy' in the UK, you could have asked him to elaborate; has s(he) been to the UK, or just heard awful things happening there?
b) On migration, why migrate? Where would s(he) migrate? And why?
c) Why not get along with North and West Africans?
d) You could have had a whole conversation about intermarriages. And so forth.

Or am I just being picky.

As for Somalis in France, I think AbdulQawi Yusuf, President of International Court of Justice, was a resident of Paris. There was a famous author, and a poet - could not recall their names.

Stromae is half tutsi and he says that because Tutsis think they come from Somalis and Ethiopians. They didn’t come from Somalis but they did originate from Southern Ethiopia. They were bantuized Southern Cushites.
