That is alot but people struggle to sleep.
You need to do excercise and tire yourself and eat balanced diet and plenty of water.
Also avoid thinking too much wat was meant to happen will happen just go with the flow.

wlhi there was no jin in this guy. He would say he calls back home until 1am. Then he would pray salaatul layl till fajr. Then he would come home from work, Do dugsi with us after school, and then he repeats the process.
