I have no interest in returning to Africa

Born and raised in Europe and i have no interest in ever visiting,investing or buying a house in Africa in general as i feel i'm throwing my money into the toilet
in that beyond repair continent. I would rather buy a house in Europe or the Carribean than Africa.

Not every country in subsaharan Africa is like Somalia, a lot are poor sure but they’re mostly stable with loads of opportunities for $$$. Cadaans, indhoyare and others are realising this and taking advantage

If they discover crude oil, large masses of gold, diamonds and other high value minerals in Somalia close to a village where your family roots originate - my suspicion is you might reconsider.

I was hesitant initially but my dad convinced me and I bought land in my ancestral town. I paid 50k usd not even the best location but on a main road. Let’s say in 3 years it’s at $150k. No where in Europe can get me that kind of return. the only people who talk like you do are those that haven’t being to visit.
