Not from 23andMe. Their analysis stops in prehistoric times. They can only tell you if are an ethnic Somali or not or if you have either Arab (Southwest Asian), Bantu (West-Central African) or Benadiri (South Asian) admixture. They can't differentiate ethnic Somalis further than that. It is a good introduction test, but don't expect much from it.
You can tell Somali clans apart from FT's Y111, the Big Y test or other whole genome tests (Dante Labs or Nebula Genomics etc.).
