After the pandemic, life feels very strange now. I can't explain it. I think we are approaching the end of this dunya. Something doesn't feel right. We are now accepting degeneracy in this world with little protest. This could be a sign.

Without the major signs of the day of judgment coming to pass the world will not come to an end.
Mahdi, dajal, essa, yajuj and majuj, 40 years of peace, the smoke, the beast etc all have to come to pass first it won't just happen unless all this some how happens in our lifetime which we most definitely will not see the end of because no Muslims will even live to see the final days since only non Muslims will exist on earth in the last few days before the final day. People will complete forget what islam even is by then thats how much time will pass between some of the signs I mentioned above and the actual final days.
so people really need to relax because there is an order to it all and literally none of us will actually live to see the last days when you put a rough estimate of the amount of time that will exist between each of the signs that do mention some sort of time frame.
What is more worrying is living through some of the major signs trial and tribulations and ending up on the wrong side. That is what we should be worried about.

I feel like we are approaching the end. Remember Allah swt. Don't be dismissive of the signs. The people in the past didn't have the signs we have today.
My friend said the same. I had to tell him its been said since the start. We or you are not as significant as you think, that it will end up in our lifetime. Allah only knows.
Mostly the mahdi thing, yes, mahdi in my humble opion and the opinion of big Sunni scholars, is a myth. many and many men came and claimed to be the mahdi. All died.
