Not one of those twitter trolls, but someone well educated and cool headed who I respect. I think sometimes it's healthy to have discussions with people you don't agree with. We went back and forth and if I'm honest I have changed my opinion on Farmaajo. I don't think he was an evil man, stupid and naive maybe, but definitely not evil. I don't support him now or anything, but I've come to realize that the nation was not ready for a leader like Farmaajo. He wanted for us to come together before we built ourselves up. What he envisioned was a Somalia that did not yet exist and that's why he failed. I think he definitely got inspired by his uncle, not necessarily to become a dictator which I used to believe but for a more united nation. He probably reminisced about the past, I mean he got his career through nepotism during Kacaan so of course he looks back at it happily. The thing him and his supporters don't understand though is that Somalinimo died and it's not something that we can just bring back then hug and dance in a circle. We have to slowly adjust and go baby steps before coming together, and as it stands now there is no trust. It is also what many politicans in Xamar fail to understand, you have to build trust slowly. A strong central government is the LAST step for us as Somalis like Dr.Osman said in the other thread. When we get there then maybe let us talk about Somalinimo. One thing I hate about Farmaajo fans is that if you tell them this they call you a qabilist when I'm not, I'm a realist. Also quite frankly I'm tired of the constant disinformation on both sides, somehow Farmaajo and Mahad Salad are both supporting shabaab come on who believes that shit. Blah blah who cares about Fahad Yasin fatass as well. I think the opponents of Farmaajo have overestimated him. He wasn't the second coming of Siad he was just inexperienced and lacked any hindsight which almost sent us into another war due to arrogance. Not to mention he was isolating the country, we are a shithole who cares about our nations pride, be friendly with everyone that's one good thing HSM is doing. Anyways I typed out too much but will just say this, I now look at Farmaajo in a different light, not a fan you know where I stand, but he wanted to do too much in a short amount of time. Come back another time maybe. He had the support of people because they are tired of 4.5 which I think is a good sign, maybe we will figure this nation building thing out sooner than we think. Also my message to you guys is to sometimes look at others perspective and stop believing every dumbass on facebook, wasn't HSM trapped in Garoowe last week
. Some Somalis are sick, they will create fantasies about every politician they dislike, we need to be like China and ban that shit. Every politician is an assassin and terrorist according to the Facebook journalists.
