The 3lbs you lost was probably just water weight to begin with. You don't really lose a signaficant amount of adipose tissue in 2 weeks. Just lower sodium intake and your carb to 70-90grams, depending on our activity level, and you'll lose the 3lbs just as quick 
Also you don't really need to follow a "diet" per-say. Just download myfitnesspal & track Marcos. I.e., 35% of your calories should come form protein, 30% from fat & 35% from carbs.
