Germany before world war one was prosperous, Somalia was prosperous during the rule of the republic of somalia and pre-ogaden war. We have a debt, but then many of our resources are being exploited by Kenya. The union wasn't going well after the ogaden war, the isaaqs were hated by siad barre, not the people of somalia. But now Somaliland is doing inhumane things such as letting in yemeni men who could be houthi rebels but not somali old women, children and women. The isaaq genocide was a bad thing, but now since the isaaqs are doing evils against the weak government and it's people, I had a second thought on that. The scots had a similar story, but it happened years ago, the Scottish were killed for being catholics and William of orange installed a protestant regime there. Years later, I see scots flying british flags, that could too happen with somalia and the so called republic of somaliland
