There are refugees in Puntland, plus they are asking for a TEMPORARY accommodation. They will move on to europe or somewhat, but what more can they ask for? The Somaliland deal is only on paper.Nothing has been build yet.Not even the money has been send yet.But the amount of cuqdad from people like you proof once again that was the most correct decision Somaliland ever made.We should have given % to kenya as well.
