Where's the article from? Like the girl said there's no GM to deal it when it comes to foreign affairs. You deal with Somalia and it's FG. There's no investment coming from an african country to Somalia let alone wadan gaajo eh. The economic integration the IMF points to is from their fund and all the horn countries will get part of that, nothing to do with Ethio.
