First of all , 'incel' did originally mean 'involuntary celibate' and it was mostly guys who were angry that they were single (though it was intended for any people who had trouble dating for reasons outside their control). They became known for being extremely hateful and mysoginistic, so that's sort of what "incel" has morphed into. It's still not correct to call someone who is criticizing a girl bad behavior like that, i really don’t think of bad and really offensive it is.

So what ? i am criticizing Modern Somali men a lot here, but i don’t have to talk about women ? so any men who isn’t emotionally emasculated is an Incel for you ?

There should be an army of incel virgins among muslim populations because they don’t typically do adultery. So we’re probably talking hundreds of thousands who don’t have sex outside of marriage because it’s haram.
